Ingredients

  • 1 pack (70g) Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix

  • 1 medium banana

  • ½ cup strawberries or blueberries

  • ½ cup milk or yogurt

  • Toppings: fresh fruits or nuts

Preparation
