At Fit&Lit, we strive to ensure that every order you receive meets our quality standards and reflects the commitment we’ve made to providing products that fuel your lifestyle—seamlessly. However, in rare cases where products arrive damaged, defective, or not in conformity with your order, we’re here to help make it right.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We allow returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered.

The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

A clear unboxing video (taken before the package is opened) is required to process any return or exchange. This video serves as verification and protects both the customer and our team from fraudulent claims.

The product must include original packaging and complete accessories (if any).
📌 As per DTI guidelines, change-of-mind returns or exchanges for reasons such as flavor preference, incorrect use, or delayed consumption do not qualify.

A video taken before unsealing the package, clearly showing:

The parcel with waybill visible

You opening the package

The damage or discrepancy as received

Failure to provide this documentation may result in an ineligible request, in line with industry best practices and consumer protection policies under Philippine law.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you within 2–3 business days regarding the approval status. If your request is approved:

We will coordinate for pickup or return instructions, or provide a replacement or refund depending on the case.

All approved returns will either be exchanged with the correct item or refunded via store credits, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
