Ingredients

  • 1 pack (70g) Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping

Preparation

Step 1

  • In a jar or bowl, combine 1 pack (70g) Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix with 1 cup of almond milk.


Step 2

  • Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.


Step 3

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds and oats to absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like texture.


Step 4

  • Before serving, stir again and add your favorite toppings such as berries, banana slices, crushed nuts, or granola.
