About the Recipe

Made with Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix, they’re a fuss-free way to get your protein fix while supporting sustained energy, focus, and recovery throughout your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (70g) Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed)

  • Optional: mini dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1


  • Mix all ingredients until a dough-like texture forms.


Step 2


  • Roll into bite-sized balls.


Step 3


  • Chill for 10–15 mins if preferred firmer texture.
