Ingredients

  • 1 pack (70g) Fit & Lit Hi-Protein Macromix

  • ¾ cup milk or plant-based milk

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • Toppings: sliced banana, choice of berries, or nuts

  • ¾ cup milk or plant-based milk

Step 1

  • In your jar or container, mix the Fit & Lit macromix with milk.


Step 2


  • Stir thoroughly until fully combined.


Step 3


  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Step 4


  • In the morning, stir again and top with fruits or nuts.
